In English Merit class today, instead of learning, we moved the desks, sat on the floor, watched a movie, and ate popcorn. It's been a pretty good day so far.

Why do SO many people dislike February? First of all my birthday and Valentines day are in February. I feel its stereotyped as the cold, rainy month that nobody likes.

Birthday Blunder

Well, tomorrow I'll turn 16, but it feels like my birthday is today. Not figuratively, but actually. Maybe its because my girlfriend brought me cupcakes today and said "Happy Birthday!"?

Pic 1: An incredible view of the ceiling window in Lake Central High School is available because I laid flat on my back and looked up. Interestingly enough, Lake Central has many of these "hidden" patterns on the cielings.

Pic 2: A soft, wintery scene can be seen through the window in my basement. The scene seems to contradict itself with snow on the ground, yet springy, floral designed curtains hanging by the window sill.

Pic 3: Jillian Hearne, right, and John Hearne (my dad), left, sprint to the end of the local 5k run. Jillian, age 6, achieved first place in her age group, and John, age 46, earned the respect of many due to his Batman costume.
